I tried moom hoping I’d get smooth skin for more than just a couple days, but the hair started coming back way sooner than I expected. It was kind of disappointing, especially after dealing with the mess and taking the time to use it.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt like a quick fix more than anything. The whole experience also had that no-real-person-there feeling, like you’re just left to figure it out, so for the price I don’t think I’d buy it again

The prices were okay, and my receipt matched what I expected, so no issues there. I just thought the overall experience would be a little better for the money. Not bad, but not amazing either

I was in a relaxed mood when I tried it, and the application was simple without feeling too cluttered. It took me one try to get the amount right, but overall it was easy enough to use.

I’ve been using this at home and it ain’t no trouble at all. The wax heats up evenly, stays nice and smooth, and it’s easy to work with without making a big mess.

I tried it one time, the pain was really just too much for me. I don’t think I’d put myself through that again.

My order from moom.com showed up on time, which was nice, but the box was crushed when it arrived and one of the items was loose inside. Thankfully nothing was actually broken, but it definitely looked messy and not packed with much care. A friend had recommended them to me, so I was expecting a little better, especially for the price.

I really wanted this to work for me, but this is where it got annoying, not long after using it, my skin started getting red and itchy. I don’t think it’s a bad product for everyone, but if you have sensitive skin like I do, I’d be careful. It took about a day for everything to calm back down

For the price, I expected way better. Maybe it works if your hair is super fine, but for me it was mostly a waste of time and I’m not fully convinced the before-and-after photos out there are telling the whole truth.

I reached out to customer service and they got back to me eventually. Not the quickest response, but they were nice and looked into it for me. Overall, it was an okay experience, I just wish the delivery updates were a bit clearer

After just a couple of pulls, they started getting messy and kind of flimsy, and they weren’t grabbing much hair anymore. Maybe I expected too much from the reusable part, but for me, they got weak fast

I wanted to like this, but the smell was kind of odd to me and it lingered way longer than I expected. I know scent is really personal, so this might be great for someone else, but for me it was a reminder that some fragrances just don’t match your vibe
